The difference between a Nutritionist and a Health Coach is that not only does a Health Coach focus on nutrition, but we focus on many other factors that impact health such as stress, sleep, emotional well-being, hormones and so on. Noticing how different areas of your life may be impacting your behaviors with food and exercise is a very important part of the program in order for long term success.

I am trained to support and treat each client as a whole. Understanding that there is more to each person’s health & wellness journey than just what they are eating and how much they are exercising. It is my job to ask you questions to uncover your needs and how we can better adjust different aspects of your lifestyle in order to support positive and lasting change.
