About the Program

I teach and empower you to live your healthiest life through proper diet, fitness, and emotional health. We do this by creating life-long habits that enable you to have confidence in your nutrition and feel your best inside and out.

Each person is a bio-individual and needs their own, individualized approach to nutrition and exercise. I work with my clients to find what works best for their bodies that will allow them to achieve sustainable weight loss and keep it off for the rest of their lives.

Analysis of Current Diet & Lifestyle

In our consultation call, I will ask you questions that allow me to better understand your current diet and lifestyle. I will always meet you where you are currently at in your own health journey and adjust the program so that it easily fits into your lifestyle.

Weekly Support

Weekly check-in calls for the full 3 months of the program to discuss what is going well for you, address any mindset obstacles, and set action steps for each week to move you closer to your goals. I am always here to support and encourage you as you make these changes.

Actionable Takeaways

During each weekly call, we will come up with 2-3 takeaways that you will focus on for that week. These can range from nutritional changes to exercise to lifestyle changes. These are like the building blocks of the program. At the end of the 3 months, you have now built sustainable habits to take with you for the rest of your life!

Recap Notes

You will receive an email summary of each call that you can refer back to throughout the week. I will always take notes during our calls so we can measure your progress and you can see your goals clearly for each week.

Recipes

Delicious, easy recipes based on your nutritional preferences and needs.

Nutrition Education

Together, we will uncover which foods your body responds best to. This will include foods that are best for weight loss, increasing your metabolism, and optimizing calorie-burning power. You will always learn the why behind my nutrition recommendations as well as gain clarity on any nutritional confusion or conflicting advice you have heard in the past.

Mindset Education

We will tackle any mindset obstacles you may have around food or body image. You will learn to see your relationship with food from a different perspective and harness the power of your mind so that you feel confident and empowered.

Recommendations

I will be giving you tons of healthy swaps for your favorite foods as well as nutrition tips, meal ideas, eating out tips, and individualized recommendations to fit your unique lifestyle.

24/7 Access to Me

You will have access to my personal phone and email. One of my favorite parts of coaching is being able to be there and support you when you need me most. I am always a text, phone call, or email away when you have questions or just need a little extra encouragement that day.

Individualized Programming

Each person is a bio-individual and therefore responds differently to different foods and exercise. You have your own unique story and deserve your own individualized program tailored exactly to your body, lifestyle, and needs. No cookie-cutter programs around here!
