Ashley helped me think about the foods I was eating and their impact – both positive and negative on my gut health. I’ve learned what foods to eat more of (fiber & protein), as well as various supplements to incorporate to leave me feeling fuller longer so my mindless snacking is a habit of the past. She is incredibly knowledgeable and able to answer all my questions in a way that makes sense and is easy to understand.

When I first came to Ashley, I had been on chemo for almost a year and I was feeling very weak and was having a hard time eating the healthy foods I needed. My goals were simply to get a little stronger and get a better relationship with healthy food. I have worked with Ashley for almost 2 years. She has helped transform the way I think about exercise and fuel for my body.
Ashley is the best! She personalizes the workouts and nutrition advice to me, and changes up the exercises to that I am never bored. She pushes me to be as healthy as possible and helps me to achieve my fitness goals. Right now I am working on losing weight, gaining muscle mass, and adding greens/reducing carbs. (Her recipe ideas are easy, fast, and yummy!)
I realized less than a month into the program that this was going to be a life changing program for me. Ashley is a uniquely talented and committed trainer. She has superior knowledge of techniques, a calm and persuasive attitude and saintly patience.
