Ashley’s warm and caring nature made it easy to talk to her about anything. This was helpful for me as I was feeling lost and confused entering menopause. My clothes were getting tighter and tighter and my old diet tricks no longer worked. My acid reflux was a daily nuisance and over the counter medicine gave me no relief.

Ashley helped me think about the foods I was eating and their impact – both positive and negative on my gut health. I’ve learned what foods to eat more of (fiber & protein), as well as various supplements to incorporate to leave me feeling fuller longer so my mindless snacking is a habit of the past. She is incredibly knowledgeable and able to answer all my questions in a way that makes sense and is easy to understand.

After 5 months of working with Ashley, my acid reflux is gone, and I am down a pant size.

Where to start!!!! A few months ago I was miserable and lost. I wasn't happy with my weight was and I was not comfortable with who I was. I desperately needed education, support, and help in redirecting my relationship with my body and how I eat. In a desperate attempt to find the right nutritionist I found Ashley on Thumbtack. Over the course of three months she mentored me, taught me, laughed with me, and supported me. From covid to phone calls, text messages, at home workouts, supplements, and a lot of fun recipes she transformed me from uncomfortable and unhappy to motivated, confident, and 20lbs down! What an amazing three months! When we started I was nervous and slightly intimidated about what was in store because there is so much information on the internet on diets and what you should and shouldn't eat. Ashley immediately made me feel comfortable and help me set attainable goals each week. It's easy to get discourage during a weight loss journey after having a bad day or week but during our weekly check-in calls, Ashley always provided prospective and encouragement.
